LEN CONAPINSKI
Len Conapinski is a partner at DCH Law LLP. His areas of practice include infrastructure project negotiations (particularly with respect to solar and energy storage applications), equipment supply contracts, joint venture and teaming agreements, commercial and legal process management, and intellectual property. With an MBA, a JD, an engineering degree, and extensive business experience, Len brings an ideal blend of business, technical, and legal intelligence to guide firm clients.
JOHN HA
John Ha is a partner at DCH Law LLP. His areas of practice cover a range of business and financial matters, including project development, construction, and operation, project and tax equity financing and mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sector, with an emphasis on renewable energy including wind, solar, geothermal and energy storage projects.
STEPHEN BOYETT
Stephen (Steve) Boyett is a partner at DCH Law LLP. His areas of practice cover a range of corporate and real estate matters, including commercial, residential and energy-related real estate issues involving acquisition, disposition, land use, construction, lending and finance, development and leasing.
RYAN LEBLANC
Ryan Eastmoore LeBlanc is a partner at DCH Law LLP. Her areas of practice cover a range of commercial transactions, including solar, energy storage and energy efficiency project development, equipment supply contracts, construction and O&M contracts, and project acquisition and disposition in the renewable energy sector.
KEVIN JOYCE
Kevin Joyce is a partner at DCH Law LLP. He advises clients on a variety of commercial transactions and corporate matters, including in particular the development, construction, purchase, and sale of renewable energy projects and portfolios. Kevin strives to provide strategic legal counsel that emphasizes business-minded solutions.
BJ DWORAK
Bryan (BJ) Dworak is Counsel to DCH Law LLP. His areas of practice with the firm are focused in the renewable energy and infrastructure space (spanning solar, storage, wind, energy efficiency and other technologies) and include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, construction and procurement, and project finance. BJ is a strategic business and legal advisor whose clients value his practical, real-world approach that emphasizes commercial solutions.
DINA KLAUSNER
Dina Klausner is Counsel at DCH Law LLP. She supports the firm's practice areas in a variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions and general corporate matters. Dina counsels clients in the structuring, documentation, and administration of transactions ranging from project acquisition finance to development-stage credit facilities.
EUGENIA MIZE
Eugenia Mize is Counsel at DuFour Conapinski Ha LLP. Her practice covers a wide range of commercial transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with an emphasis on renewable energy, including project development, procurement, construction and operation, and mergers and acquisitions involving wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
DAVE ROBERTS
Dave Roberts is Counsel at DCH Law LLP. Dave acts as external General Counsel to businesses with insight rooted in his experience leading companies, as internal legal counsel, and as an engineer. His areas of practice include intellectual property strategy, joint development agreements, commercial contracts, and licensing agreements.
REBECCA BRITTAIN
Rebecca Brittain is an Associate at DCH Law LLP. She provides counsel across the firm’s practice areas, with a particular interest in renewable energy law. Before joining the firm, Rebecca served for a short period as a North Carolina Judicial Fellow, where she advised and supported North Carolina Superior and District Court judges.
ALBERT JI
Albert Ji is an Associate at DCH Law LLP. He provides advice and counsel across the firm’s practice areas, with a particular focus on renewable energy transactions. Prior to joining DCH Law LLP, Albert was an associate for three years at Milbank LLP’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group.
KJIRSTEN DURAND-JOHNSON
Kjirsten Durand-Johnson is an Associate at DCH Law LLP. Her areas of interest include corporate transactions focusing on renewable energy, as well as financial and land-use implications of renewable energy projects.
KATIE MCFATTER
Katie McFatter is an Associate at DCH Law LLP. Her areas of interest include corporate renewable energy transactions and the development of renewable energy projects.
MICHELLE MORROW
Michelle Morrow is the Business and Operations Manager at DCH Law LLP. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she studied Theology, Marketing, and Data Science. Her interests include ethics in data science and marketing. Michelle has worked in a wide variety of industries, from religious work to marketing and data science. She previously worked with the Alamo and the McGrath Institute at the University of Notre Dame, focusing on creating and implementing successful marketing plans.

Bill D. DuFour III is a co-founder emeritus of DCH Law LLP. He no longer works for the firm or practices law with the firm. However, the firm retains this page in honor and recognition of Bill’s irreplaceable contribution to making the firm what it is today.

We are dedicated to cross-training and skill building that may not be adequately received in law school, and we think that the long-term payoffs are well worth the investment.
